Stretching for Labor Day

Pregnant women who exercise and stretch often find they have an easier birth. Strengthening and toning muscles during pregnancy can help you develop the ability to control your muscles during labor and delivery. Stretching ligaments often help baby have space to move and navigate the pelvis for a quick smooth delivery.
